Players Registration

West Clermont Youth Volleyball Association

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available.

Ages

Please register the player for the current grade year that they are in.

Grades offered are 3rd-8th grade boys & girls.

When

CPYVL games will be held on Friday, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Start Date: March 21st

EOS Tourney: May (date TBD)

Where

Games will be held at local schools or Elite Athletics sports complex. Practices will take place at Elite for WCYVA.

Practices

Practice availability will be Monday-Thursday, 5pm-7pm.

Starting in March

Games

Games will be held weekends for 8 weeks and you are guaranteed a 10 game schedule + the End Of Season Tournament.

Jerseys

Uniforms will be provided, make sure you choose the correct size during registration.

Spring 2026

Here you will be able to register your 3rd-8th grade athlete, to compete in the Cincinnati Premier Youth Volleyball League through a West Clermont Team.

Registration is $135 per player.

CPYVL is still confirming dates, their website currently states "spring season starts in early April and runs through mid-May. Teams play a 10 game schedule over the course of 6 weeks followed by a season-ending tournament in week 7"
