2025 Players Registration

West Clermont Youth Volleyball Association

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available.

Ages

Please register the player for the current grade year that they are in.

Grades offered are 3rd-8th grade boys & girls.

When

CPYVL games will be held on both Saturdays and Sundays.

Start Date: August 22nd

EOS Tourney: Oct 10th-12th

Where

Games will be held at local schools or Elite Athletics sports complex. Practices will take place at Elite for WCYVA.

Practices

Practice availability will be Monday-Thursday, 5pm-7pm.

Starting in August

Games

Games will be held every weekend for 10 weeks and you are guaranteed a 10 game schedule + the End Of Season Tournament.

Jerseys

Uniforms will be provided, make sure you choose the correct size during registration.

Fall 2025

Here you will be able to register your 3rd-8th grade player, to compete in the Cincinnati Premier Youth Volleyball League through a West Clermont Team.

Registration is $135 per player.

*Schedules will be released August 16th

*Rostering and Waivers Due August 20th

*Opening Weekend August 22nd

Pre-Season Tournament will be held on August 16th-17th and the End Of Season Tournament will be held on Oct 10th-12th.
